Tiarna
I am a certified Personal Trainer, and I’m excited to bring my passion for fitness to Vigour Pilates Studio! I grew up as a dancer and loving movement and have since turned that love into my career. I have been a Personal Trainer for the past 6 months and completed my training in Reformer Pilates. I love that Pilates helps you to reconnect your mind with your body through movement and I can’t wait to share that with all of you!

Ange
I have worked in the Fitness Industry for 15 + years as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist, when I’m in the gym I love doing weight training. What I want to bring to Vigour Classes is to help people find what muscles struggle to switch on and help activate them to bring your fitness to another level.
Sam
Sam left the corporate world 5 years ago to pursue her passion of health & wellbeing, firstly becoming a Personal Trainer, then completing a Graduate Diploma of Human Nutrition at Deakin University. Deciding to try something new, Sam fell in love with Pilates after attending a reformer class, in particular the control and connection to the body through breathing and centering. I can’t wait to share my love & knowledge of Pilates, and I look forward to seeing you in the studio soon.

Jeanine
I have always had a sporty, energetic background which is how I found myself in the fitness industry I am now a certified personal trainer with the determination to help and encourage people to achieve their fitness goals and work towards a healthier lifestyle. Being a mother of three with several years of back pain Pilates strength and body conditioning techniques helped me improve my posture and decrease the level of pain, my goal is to be able to help many others improve their posture as I did with myself through Reformer Pilates.

Emma
I am a mumma of 2 humans and 1 beautiful staffy x cattle dog, Lulu. I fell in love with pilates while completing my bachelors degree in biomedical science. My pilates classes were a place I could switch off from the stresses of life and focus on my body and mind as one. Further down the track I turned to pilates during my pregnancy as my primary source of exercise pre and post natal to prepare my body for all the changes to come and help with recovery. Once my little girl was born, I decided to follow my passion and ditched the lab, and here I am today. I am truly passionate about a healthy body and mind, and I absolutely love having the opportunity to help others discover what I have through the practice of pilates. I completed my matwork, reformer and small equipment through Studio Pilates International.
