On Arrival - Due to the nature of our time efficient classes, punctuality is very important. We suggest you arrive 5 minutes early to prepare yourself for the class.

Late Arrivals - Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late for the class you will not be able to attend.
Payment - Payment is required to book your spot in the class as we have limited spaces
Fuel to Exercise - It is recommended that you eat at least 2 hours before you exercise, remember to keep your fluids up, and a positive attitude is always an advantage to any workout.
Towel and Drink - Please ensure that you always have a large towel with you and bring your water bottle.

Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to give us at least 12 hour's notice of cancellation it will be used for your spot in the class. Over 12 hours notice you will be able to use the payment for the class to book another class time slot, that suits you better.

REFUND POLICY
Single Class Bookings
- All bookings are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to class may be credited for future use. (via your profile on the booking system Reschedule your session prior).
- Cancellations less than 12 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.
- Late arrivals may not be admitted.

Class packages
- All class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Packs are valid for 12 months.
- Unused sessions will expire after the validity period.
- Medical exceptions may be considered with a medical certificate.

LIABILITY: Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) we guarantee that the services we supply are (i) provided with due care and skill; (ii) reasonably fit for any purpose you have told us you are using the services for or told us you wish to achieve; and/or (iii) supplied in a reasonable time. Under certain legislative provisions, however, we can ask you to accept some limitations to these guarantees and you agree, to the extent allowed by s139A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA), to exclude or modify our liability to you for death or injury from our failure to comply with ACL guarantees. This exclusion does not apply if your death orinjury is caused by our“reckless conduct” (defined in the CCA). In Victoria and South Australia, this exclusion applies only if you sign additional documentation. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, all implied terms, conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights or remedies that can be lawfully excluded are excluded.
